The rolling processing of steel plates and coils belongs to the heavy industry production process, with large equipment loads and multiple operational links, requiring extremely high requirements for on-site operation standards, equipment operating conditions, and site management. This special rectification focuses on two core production workshops, with a particular emphasis on investigating the operating conditions of rolling equipment, shearing equipment, and lifting equipment. Non standardized operations during steel coil lifting, steel plate handling, and finished product stacking are strictly inspected, and key points such as workshop circuits, fire-fighting facilities, and emergency protective equipment are comprehensively inspected.

In response to the problems found during the investigation, such as improper stacking on site and omissions in equipment maintenance details, the company has established a hidden danger ledger, implemented dedicated personnel for rectification within a specified period of time, and implemented closed-loop cancellation management. At the same time, organize special safety training for frontline operators, quality inspectors, and lifting operators, strengthen warning education based on typical accident cases in steel production, standardize the entire process of steel plate and coil operations, and eliminate illegal and lucky operations.
