Through ISO 50001:2018/GB/T 23331-2020 energy management system certification and IQNET international mutual recognition, we have established a scientific energy management and control plan to optimize the energy consumption of various types of steel production. During the period from November 2023 to October 2024, the comprehensive energy consumption of pig iron units was only 460.75kgce/ton, and the continuous casting billet was only 464.53kgce/ton. The energy consumption performance was far better than the industry average, and the product cost-effectiveness was improved through low-energy and high-efficiency production, effectively saving customers' procurement costs.

• The central laboratory has obtained CNAS national laboratory accreditation (registration number: CNAS L5624), and its testing capabilities comply with the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 international standard, possessing professional steel testing and calibration capabilities. Before each batch of products leaves the factory, they undergo multiple rounds of rigorous professional testing to firmly prevent unqualified products from entering the market, allowing customers to purchase with peace of mind and peace of mind.

The certification covers hot-rolled structural steel of multiple steel grades such as S235JR, S275JR, S355JR, including hot-rolled steel plates/strips (thickness 0.8-25mm), H-beams (height 125-1000mm) and other full specifications. It can be directly used in various infrastructure and commercial construction projects in the EU and overseas.
