Automatic Slitting Line

The fully automatic longitudinal cutting and striping line can achieve precise striping processing of various widths. The edges are neat and free of burrs, with stable size accuracy. It supports striping of rolled plates made of materials such as hot-rolled, cold-rolled, and galvanized.

CNC Shearing Machine

Our CNC hydraulic shearing machines provide accurate cut-to-size shearing for both standard and non-standard dimensions. With programmable back gauge control, they ensure repeatable cutting accuracy across batch production runs, reducing material waste and improving yield.

Hydraulic Leveling Machine

Dedicated hydraulic leveling equipment is used for plates requiring enhanced flatness correction. This machine effectively removes coil curvature and edge wave, delivering flat plates ready for further processing or direct end-use application.
