Product Quality Classification Standard
According to surface quality and pattern precision, our 5mm checkered plates are divided into Ordinary Precision and High Precision grades, meeting different engineering and commercial procurement standards:
1. Ordinary Precision Grade
The steel surface allows thin oxide scale, slight rust, and local rough surface caused by oxide scale falling off. Other local defects shall not exceed the allowable deviation of plate height and depth. Indistinct burrs and individual traces that do not exceed the pattern height are permitted on the patterns. The maximum area of single defect shall not exceed the square of the pattern length, ensuring basic anti-slip and structural use requirements for general engineering.
2. High Precision Grade
The steel surface allows only thin oxide scale and slight rust. The height and depth of all local defects shall not exceed half of the plate thickness tolerance. The patterns are complete and intact, with only tiny local burrs within half of the thickness tolerance. This grade features smoother surface, more uniform pattern height and higher flatness, suitable for high-standard construction decoration, precision equipment bases and high-end marine projects.
Production Technology
Complete Production Flow: Slab cold charging → Heating → High-pressure water descaling → Rough rolling → Hot coil box → Secondary high-pressure descaling → Finishing rolling → Laminar cooling → Coiling → Bundling → Warehouse storage.
Precise Temperature Control
Strictly implement fixed temperature system, with finishing rolling outlet temperature controlled at 870°C (±20°C) and coiling inlet temperature at 620°C (±20°C), ensuring uniform plate texture and stable mechanical properties.
Professional Roller Configuration
Adopt positive crown patterned roller for upper work roll and negative crown roller for lower work roll in the final finishing stand, matching micro-wave rolling strategy to ensure flat plate shape and consistent pattern height.
Process Optimization Upgrade
