Product Pattern Types and Classification Standards

The pattern styles and classification of HQ235B Tread Plate are diverse and can be flexibly selected according to different needs.

1. Based on the smoothness of the surface: it can be divided into flat pattern and rough surface pattern;

2. According to the material: it can be classified as cast crystalline pattern steel (Uz steel, Bin iron) and artificial forging (welding) pattern steel.

3. According to the process principle, the pattern plates are classified as follows:

(1) Crystalline pattern steel: natural pattern steel, Uz steel, meteorite iron (black gold), top-notch rough surface pattern steel, top-notch Bin iron.

(2) Blending pattern steel: formed by blending pig iron and "cooked iron", "tempered steel" and cast steel/Bin iron.

(3) Rotational welding pattern steel: formed by rotational welding of rotational welding embedded steel, rotational welding toothed steel.

(4) Pattern produced by multi-layer clamping steel and embedded steel forging: wolf bite edge.

(5) Earth texture: pattern produced by coating steel, soil burning edge technology.

(6) Folded pattern steel: formed by repeatedly folding and forging two or more steel materials with different carbon contents and "iron" materials.

(7) File pattern steel: obtained by alternately filing and forging the surface layer material on the blade edge of the knife, if the control is appropriate, this type of knife will have good patterns, be relatively sharp, and have certain elasticity.

(8) Mechanical processing imitation Damascus steel pattern (pattern steel): imitation Damascus steel pattern through mechanical alteration of welded steel layers, or through various procedures synthesis, mainly through twisting and filing (cutting) to form the pattern steel, with foreign powder Damascus steel being the best.

(9) Fusion pattern steel: materials are various steels with different carbon contents, using industrial fusion, welding and other processes, can produce patterns.

(10) Acid washing pattern steel: formed by uneven surface carburization.

Product Surface Quality Grade Standards

Ordinary Precision: The surface of the steel plate is allowed to have a thin layer of iron oxide scale, rust, surface roughness caused by the detachment of iron oxide scale, and other local defects with a height or depth exceeding the allowable deviation. On the pattern, there can be insignificant burrs and individual marks with a height not exceeding the height of the pattern. The maximum area of a single defect does not exceed the square of the pattern length.

Higher Precision: The surface of the steel plate is allowed to have a thin layer of iron oxide scale, rust, and other local defects with a height or depth not exceeding half of the thickness tolerance. The pattern is intact, and there can be local slight burrs with a height not exceeding half of the thickness tolerance on the pattern.
