Adapting to the peak season of downstream centralized replenishment, Sanhe Steel has increased its stock of steel plates and coils to ensure stable delivery of spot goods
Entering late May 2026, the overall construction enthusiasm of domestic infrastructure supporting, steel structure processing, and mechanical equipment manufacturing industries continues to rise, and downstream enterprises are concentrated in a phased replenishment cycle. The volume of inquiries, on-site inspections, and vehicle purchases for conventional sheet metal in the market has increased synchronously. Small and medium-sized processing plants and engineering supporting enterprises have particularly concentrated demand for spot raw materials such as hot-rolled steel coils, medium thick steel plates, and flat plates.
In view of the recent changes in market supply and demand, Sanhe Iron and Steel adjusted the warehousing pace in advance, and recently completed the warehousing of multiple batches of mainstream steel. The focus of this project is to complete the core categories with high market circulation, such as 2.0mm – 16mm conventional hot-rolled steel plates, ordinary carbon steel plates, and cold and hot-rolled steel coils. At the same time, we will prepare commonly used special width and fixed length plates for engineering, covering mainstream material scenarios such as steel structure production, mechanical base processing, equipment casings, and hardware deep processing.
To further improve delivery efficiency, the company optimizes warehouse zoning management, centralizes and neatly stacks hot selling steel plates and coils, achieving clear classification, convenient lifting, and efficient delivery. The sales, warehousing, and logistics teams implement daily ledger docking, update inventory levels in real time, synchronize spot conditions in a timely manner, and avoid situations such as customers running out of stock, waiting for goods, and out of stock. At present, the factory has sufficient stock reserves, which can support customers' diverse needs such as zero order pickup, bulk vehicle delivery, and on-demand cutting and processing. Local customers can achieve same day inspection, same day loading, and same day delivery.
Based on the trend of infrastructure projects landing and manufacturing orders recovering in the second half of the year, Sanhe Steel stated that it will continue to maintain sufficient spot inventory, dynamically replenish inventory, stabilize prices and supply, and continue to provide stable and reliable steel plate and coil raw material supply services for regional processing enterprises and engineering units.
