The overseas market has much higher requirements for steel tolerance, surface flatness, and anti-corrosion packaging standards than domestic general plates. The company has established a special foreign trade docking team to follow up on the entire process from customer drawing confirmation, raw material smelting, rolling processing to finished product inspection. Adjust production parameters according to material specifications in different countries, strictly control common defects such as steel plate thickness deviation, steel coil surface scratches, and uneven coil layers; All exported steel is packaged with waterproof wrapping film and reinforced with thick steel strips to prevent moisture, damage, and deformation during long-distance sea transportation.

In recent years, Sanhe Steel has not solely relied on low price competition to expand its overseas market. Instead, it has developed customized sheet materials based on local infrastructure and machinery manufacturing needs, and accumulated repeat customers through stable product quality. Currently, the proportion of foreign trade orders in the company's total shipment volume is steadily increasing. The foreign trade team continuously follows up on online inquiries from Shanghai, and improves the standardized process of export quotation, sample delivery, and order delivery. The next step for the enterprise is to expand the production capacity of export grade steel plates and wear-resistant steel coils, continuously expand overseas supply channels, and enhance the recognition of independent brand steel in overseas raw material markets.
