To ease work pressure and improve team communication, Sanhe Steel recently organized an offline team building activity for all employees, covering production workshop, quality inspection, foreign trade sales, warehouse logistics and after-sales teams.
In daily work, the sales team communicates mainly with overseas clients, while the production and QC teams focus on product manufacturing and quality control. This activity provided a relaxed opportunity for staff from different positions to communicate face to face. Sales colleagues learned more about the actual production process and quality control details of S355 steel plates, which helps them offer more professional technical support and accurate material recommendations for customers.
Meanwhile, frontline workers also had a better understanding of overseas market demand and client procurement standards. Everyone shared work experience and put forward practical suggestions for order production, inspection standards and export packaging optimization.
